Have you ever wondered what impact human existence has had on the natural environment? When we are in nature, do we find only long-forgotten artifacts from people that happened to walk the same path as we do? What exist nowadays in nature? When looking close at the forest floor, what does it tell about us, who leave our mark there?
Hidden Under is an interactive art installation prototype that explores how a simple instrument, a rainstick can serve as an interaction point. The installation uses transparent acrylic sheets as a type of interactive “storytelling” device.
See where the humble dripping sounds of rainsticks can take you, maybe you will find something “hidden under” when you look closely enough?
