Love Simulation EVE – Creating Multiplayer VR Performance

Love Simulation EVE is a location-based VR performance for 50-100 participants at the same time. The players enter their virtual body with VR devices and haptic gloves. Wandering inside a world made of virtual phantasies, they encounter other players and artificial intelligence personalities. These AI characters are controlled by live performers. The presentation shares some insights to the design process of haptics, goals of the project and the productional hurdles.
