A long time ago, I found an inflatable pink pony from New York. One unexpected day, it lost its air for good. I became sad, fixated. How to bring the pony to life? This woven series narrates the inner voice of the pink pony through three short scenes set in an otherworldly storyworld. These scenes are translated into a series of sketches, using a mix of creative coding, drawing, and finally, jacquard weaving.

A kinetic sculpture and installation that combines functional electronic waste, liquid computing with a living medium (blue/green algae) and a unique, hypnotic yet relaxing interaction by which the viewer experiences movement, sound and kinetic impulses from the algae, creating a shared space in which an entanglement and de-tanglement of machine with human may happen, guided by another living system (the algae). The piece is mixing analog technology with retro-futuristic looks, light and sonification.
